Noosha Daha, LMFT
Clinician and Founder
Noosha Daha is a Los Angeles-based Marriage and Family Therapist. She is an active member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy, and the Association of Death and Education Counseling. Noosha has over 20 years of experience providing individual, group, and family therapy in multiple settings.
Additionally, Noosha serves as a Clinical Therapist for the Los Angeles County Mental Health Access Support Line. Prior to her current role, she worked with Juvenile Justice and also served as Program Coordinator at Mission Community Hospital’s Intensive Outpatient Program in Santa Clarita.
Her education, training, and experience have provided the foundation for her clinical work, which allows for a deep and nuanced understanding of the issues clients face. Noosha is skilled in accurately assessing, diagnosing, and creating targeted treatment plans. She is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and is also experienced in a range of evidence-based approaches, including Trauma-Focused CBT, Seeking Safety, and Motivational Interviewing, all of which are proven effective in treating PTSD and trauma-related issues.
Noosha offers individual, couples, family, and child therapy, as well as internet-based therapy and home visits, depending on the client’s unique situation.
Her therapeutic lens is rooted in an existential and humanistic approach, while drawing from appropriate, evidence-based clinical models. She has a strong referral network throughout the San Fernando Valley and collaborates closely with professionals for psychiatric evaluations, psychological testing, and both inpatient and outpatient levels of care.
Eve Williams, LMFT
Staff Clinician
Eve Williams is a Los Angeles-based licensed marriage and family therapist providing individual and family therapy. She graduated cum laude from the University of California, Irvine, and earned her master’s degree in psychology from Pepperdine University.
Before entering private practice, Eve provided community-based counseling for survivors of interpersonal violence and served as a Program Coordinator for a trauma-informed residential housing program supporting youth in crisis.
Eve uses a humanistic approach to therapy. With warmth and collaboration, she helps clients deepen awareness of their inner world and the ways early relationships, trauma, and attachment experiences shape their lives. She is passionate about helping people heal from wounds rooted in early connection.
Her client-centered work is tailored to the unique needs of each person and draws from several theoretical orientations, including mindfulness, attachment theory, schema therapy, and CBT. She incorporates somatic processing and practices radical acceptance and self-affirming therapy that supports clients in reconnecting with their most authentic selves.
Eve believes therapy should be accessible, inclusive, and affirming of all races, cultures, genders, orientations, and neurotypes. She specializes in treating trauma, attachment issues, depression, anxiety, anger, parenting concerns, and communication struggles across the lifespan.
Janet – Office Administrator
Janet is the behind-the-scenes anchor and heart of Oaks Counseling Center. As our Office Administrator, she helps ensure everything flows smoothly, from scheduling appointments and verifying insurance to handling day-to-day coordination with care and precision.
Though you may not see her in person, Janet is often your first point of contact and is here to support you with clarity, kindness, and quick follow-through.
She is bilingual in English and Spanish, and when she’s not expertly managing our office logistics, she enjoys hiking local trails, spending time with her two children, and playing with her dog, Roxie.
Charleston Knight Barker
Charlie is a seasoned therapy dog who has spent years offering comfort, calm, and connection to clients at Oaks Counseling Center. With his signature mix of gentle presence and soulful eyes, Charlie greets clients with quiet wisdom, whether curled at their feet or nestled beside them in session. His philosophy is simple: unconditional positive regard, lots of snuggles, and no one leaves without a little love. Now a respected fixture in the therapy room, Charlie continues to bring warmth and grounding to all who meet him.
